Please read the following instructions which IRMA has given on its site and do not forget to take you ball point pen along with you on the D-day as you will be requiring it.
Instruction for filling up the information on the side 1 of the answer-sheet:
i. For box nos. 1 to 5 and 8 to 11, use ball-point pen only.
ii. Leave box nos. 6 and 7 blank.
iii. Information needed for boxes 8 to 10 will be available to you after you receive the test booklet. You will have
to transfer this information on to your answer-sheet using ball-point pen.
iv. Put your signature in box no. 11, using a ball –point pen.
v. Information required in box no 13 to box no 29 is to be filled in with HB pencil only as explained below,
(Leave box nos,.15, 16 and 18 blank)
vi. Candidate’s Name (Box No. 13): There is row of 10 boxes for writing the name. Just below each box you
will find a column of 26 ovals each containing a latter of the alphabet. Write one letter in each box using HB
pencil, and darken the appropriate oval under each box. Please leave one box and respective column of
ovals blank between two parts of the name. If your name contains more letters, write only the first ten letters,
which you can accommodate in the boxes provided.
