Do you know who is the current RBI governor?
Before this post mine obvious would be who else – the famous: Y.V Reddy whose profile you can see by clicking the image to the left of this post. But this is not the right answer.
D. Subbarao
On 6 September 2008, D Subbarao took over the post from Reddy. I too got to know this today only when I was reading TOI and there was one line – “PM Manmohan Singh told RBI governor D. Subbarao…..”. Some people will find it old news but those who are not avidly following the business news would find it beneficial. To know more about Subbarao, click on the image of D. Subbarao. Even wikipedia hasn’t updated the pic of Subbarao. I got his image from hindu’s site. By the way, D stands for Duvvuri.
