I came across this case study about the Barack Obama’s political campaign how he came from obscurity to the limelight .
When the book is written on this years US election, it should not be titled “The Making of a President,” but “The Marketing of a President.” Barack Obama’s campaign is a case study in marketing excellence.
I would like all MBA aspirants to go through this to learn the practical application of strategies and know what it takes to be the biggest brand in the world- BRAND OBAMA.

The argument goes this Obama wants to reach out to a demographic that wouldn’t ordinarily vote in midterm elections unless the candidates performed screeching, off-key addresses of Whitney Houston tracks.
